Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the digital platform operated by Graventiq S.A.S. (hereinafter, "Graventiq" or "the Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you accept these terms in their entirety.

1. Operator identification

Graventiq S.A.S., CUIT: 30-71856432-9, domiciled at Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1150, Floor 8, Puerto Madero, C1107AAZ, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Registered with the IGJ (General Inspection of Justice) under No. 2021-07845632. Year of incorporation: 2021.

2. Nature of the service

Graventiq operates a digital real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates the connection between investors and real estate development projects in Argentina. The Platform acts as a technological intermediary and not as a financial entity or investment advisor.

Graventiq does not guarantee the profitability of published projects nor assumes responsibility for the financial results of investments made through the Platform.

3. Registration and use of the Platform

To participate in investment projects, you must create an account providing truthful and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.

Graventiq reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms or show signs of fraudulent activity.

4. Investment risks

Every investment in real estate crowdlending involves risks, including the possibility of partial or total loss of invested capital. Target returns indicated for each project are estimates and do not constitute promises or guarantees of results.

The user declares understanding and accepting the risks inherent to this type of investment before participating in any project.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including texts, designs, logos, images, source code, and other elements, is the property of Graventiq S.A.S. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in Argentina.

Reproduction, distribution, or modification of content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

6. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, prepared in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326. We recommend reading it carefully.

7. Limitation of liability

Graventiq shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including, without limitation, financial losses related to investments made.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Graventiq does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires.

9. Modifications

Graventiq reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
